I endeavour to send items out within 7 days of payment. I always obtain a proof of posting. Once the items have left me, unless additional insurance has been requested and paid for, I can not be held responsible for the Royal Mail's handling of the item, but I will give as much assistance as I can to any claim you wish to make against them.

If when you receive your item you have a problem, please email me and I will try to resolve it. I don't bite, honest!

Returns accepted for full money back or shop credit (no refund on postal charges). Notification must be received and responded to before return accepted. Item must be returned at the buyers expense within 14 days of receipt in the condition it was received in.

I always leave feedback once the transaction is complete. If you haven't either notified me that you have received the item or left feedback then I don't consider the transaction complete.
