"Tested and Working"

If an item has been tested and working it means our trained electronics technicians have performed a basic functionality test and that the item has performed well. Please note tested does not mean "calibrated". We back items that we have tested with a return to base, 7-day DOA warranty, which means that if you find the item to not be performing as described or not to be performing a basic functionality we will repair, replace or refund the item. All return postage costs must be covered by the buyer and the initial postage amount will not be refunded. We will cover return postage of a replacement or repaired item.

"Partially Tested"

One or more specific testing procedures was performed as indicated in the listing description, and we guarantee it to do so when you receive it. A return to base, 7-day DOA warranty, will cover these functions only. All return postage costs must be covered by the buyer and the initial postage amount will not be refunded. We will cover return postage of a replacement or repaired item.

"Powered Up. No Further testing"

If the item has been powered up, but has undergone no further testing it means we do not have the means to test the item further, but that everything looks to be in good working condition. Some items in this category also carry a return to base, DOA warranty, so please read the item description.

"Untested"

Item has not been powered up or tested due to power requirements, lack of equipment to test, time required or specific technical knowledge. This does not mean the unit(s) is dead, it might be dead, it might work perfectly or partially - we do not know. If you buy, pay for and receive an item described as unknown working condition and it does not work, return is not available.

Self Test Guarantee

Because we understand it can be very difficult to commit to a large purchase without some assurance, we offer a return to base, 7-day DOA warranty on all items that sell for $600.00 or more. This will apply even if the item is listed as untested or powered on, no further testing and applies to basic functionality, excluding any listed faults. We hope this gives you more piece of mind.

Personal and Company Cheques

Cheques will require approximately three business days to clear prior to dispatch. Items will not be shipped and cannot be picked up prior to the funds arriving in our account.

Bank Transfer / Deposit

Our bank details will be sent to winning bidders. Please leave your eBay user I.D. as a reference and pay the exact amount so we can distinguish your payment.

Domestic

Items will be shipped via Australia Post or TNT Express Couriers. For postage costs please refer to the eBay shipping calculator, or contact us directly. Please note all quotes from the eBay shipping calculator are a guide, we reserve the right to increase or decrease shipping costs. Courier shipments cannot be made to a PO box. TNT Courier service must be used for items that exceed a packed size of 140cm x 40cm x 35cm or 20KGs

International

Items will be shipped via Australia Post Airmail, Australia Post Seamail or FedEx couriers. For Airmail and Seamail costs please refer to the eBay shipping calculator. For FedEx please contact us directly for a quote. FedEx must be used for items over 20Kgs (gross and dimensional weight). Airmail and Seamail cannot be tracked. Airmail transit time is approx. two to three weeks. Seamail transit time is approx. two to three months. Please note all quotes from the eBay shipping calculator are a guide, we reserve the right to increase or decrease shipping costs.

Combining Freight

If you wish to purchase multiple items to save on freight, simply continue to add to your order and then request a quote. If you pay for the items they will be shipped automatically and cannot be combined.
