Why did the chicken cross the road?

Because her butt was about to EXPLODE!

Egg-squeeze-me, that was a really bad yolk!

I’ve been scrambling for words to say about the Rubber Chook? It is completely tasteless, kind of gross but in a very odd way satisfying!

Just squeeze her and a realistic looking egg with yolk and swirling albumen pops out of her butt, then disappears again when you let go.

During my research I have found some games that you can play with rubber chooks (I can’t believe the games that people actually spend time formulating) and thought I’d share a few of my findings.

Pass the Chicken - All Players stand in a tight circle facing inwards – shoulders should be touching. Elect one player to be the Detective.

1) The Detective stands in the middle of the circle with their eyes closed.

2) Everyone sings the ‘Chicken Dance’ song while the Rubber Chook is passed behind the backs of the player in the circle

3) The Detective yells “STOP!” at which point everyone stops singing and freezes.

4) The Detective has 3 chances to guess where the Rubber Chicken is. If the Detective guesses correctly, the player holding the Rubber Chicken becomes the Detective. If the Detective is wrong then they must begin again.

The Rubber Chicken Toss – Divide a group into 2 even numbered teams. Have the teams sit in a row and face each other and join hands with the person next to them BEHIND their backs so they are hidden from the other team. Choose another person (not on these teams) to be the coin tosser. He/she will sit at one end of the lines. Place the rubber chicken at the other end of the two lines.

1) The coin tosser tosses the coin at the head of the lines. The only people that can look at the coin are the first of each line. Everyone else must be looking towards the Rubber Chicken.

2) If the coin is heads, NOTHING HAPPENS

3) If the coin is tails, the first person in the row squeezes the person’s hand beside them

4) The squeeze continues down the line until it gets to that last person. The last person then tries to grab the Rubber Chook before the other teams last person

5) The player that grabs the Rubber Chicken first moves to the front of their line, where the coin is tossed

6) The object of the game is to get the person who was first in line to be last in line by MOVING FORWARD ONLY.

7) If there is a ‘false squeeze’ which results in the grabbing of the rubber chook, the line must move backwards ie The person at the front of the line must go back to the end of the line

It is about 17cm from beak to toe.

Not at all educational, but fun and weird.
