High grade lapis lazuli rough from Badakhashan Province in Northern Afghanistan.  Currently the best rough lapis available in Bangkok gem markets now.

Hand picked cabbing piece  with dark & royal blue colour,  golden pyrite & minimal calcite.  

Photos in this auction were taken in natural soft morning light without flash or lighting or colour enhancement.  The Lapis was photographed wet in some of the photos to best display the colour & simulate a polished finish
