·    Order will be processed after payment has been received in full.  Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

·    Payment is expected within 3 days of the close of the auction.

·    All prices include GST where applicable.

·    #RRP refers to the recommended retail price at the time of the product release.

·    Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.

·    We reserve the right to cancel auctions or buy it now option if the item is no longer available.

Payment Options

After completion of the auction / sale, the successful purchaser will receive a confirmation email from Muffin Kids with payment instructions.  Contact Muffin Kids if you require a tax invoice.

We accept the following forms of payment.

·    Visa or Mastercard for credit card payments.

Freight – Pick up is not available

·    Pickup – Not available.

·    Buyer to arrange or contact Muffin Kids for estimated costs.

·    Product will be shipped once payment has been received in full.  Please allow 14 days for delivery.

·    Product is not shipped to PO boxes.

·    Shipped goods are not covered by transit insurance.

·    Goods shipped on Thursdays or Fridays.

·    Products will be shipped with an ‘authority to leave’ at the buyers requested delivery address unless other specific instructions have been provided by the buyer.  In short this means that the product will be delivered to the buyers address irrespective wether someone is available to sign for it on not.  If the courier is unable to deliver the goods and they are returned to their depot.  The goods can be collected from the depot by the buyer.  Should the buyer request a second attempt be made by the courier to deliver the goods a return fee is charged which will be passed on to the buyer.

·    However in all cases the courier driver will attempt delivery in good faith.
