Colic - Apply cream in a clockwise circular massaging motion to babys abdomen, continuing massage while baby is in discomfort. The clockwise motion helps babys digestive system to release cramping. Alternatively, if colic pain seems severe, lay baby on back , massage cream into abdomen and gentle lift  babys legs to chest, bent at knee, then straighten legs out so baby lays flat, and repeat this motion. This movement provides added relief to the cramping sensation of colic. However, all unscented products are safe during pregnancy as they contain no essential oils.
