We only use registered or express post(within Australia) so your item has a tracking number should any problems arise. International mail is via Australia post, we use registered mail(signed delivery) and insurance up to $100.00 is included, (extra insurance is optional). Pick up of purchases is not available. 3) RRP: (recommended retail price) some items come with a resale rrp tag, these should be used as a guide only. 4) RESIZING OF RINGS: This can usually be done through your local jeweller. It is important to note any resizing of rings is the purchasers responsibility. Upon making the decision to re-size you give up all/any right to a refund of any sort. 5) FEEDBACK: Once you have received and inspected your purchase please leave positive feedback and in return we shall do the same. (PLEASE NOTE): should negative or neutral feedback be left we reserve the right to void any refunds. We will work with you to resolve any problems. 6) REFUNDS: Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a full refund (excluding postage costs) if item is not as described, different from photos or faulty. All items are inspected prior to packaging and posting. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise to initiate returns. Returns must be received within 14 days in original condition. We will issue you a refund by cheque within 7-10 business days. It is recommended that you ship the item back to us using a tracking number. If we do not receive the merchandise for any reason, and there is no way to track the item, we will not be able to issue your refund.
