It is important to note any resizing of rings is the purchasers responsibility. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise to initiate returns. Returns must be received within 14 days in original condition. We will issue you a refund by cheque within 7-10 business days. It is recommended that you ship the item back to us using a tracking number. If we do not receive the merchandise for any reason, and there is no way to track the item, we will not be able to issue your refund.
