This set of "The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire", written 1776-1788 by Edward Gibbon, is the Folio Society's 1983 edition (6th printing 1995) of the 1910 Everyman Edition text.

It is in 8 volumes in 2 slipcases.

The books are in MINT  - unopened - condition.

The slipcases are in excellent condition, with some very light scuffs.
