Up for auction is a Hocking under sink instant hot water heater.

The heater is in perfect working order and was the household hot water system prior to renovations. 

A switch on the unit (not shown in photo) determines hot or warm temperature output.

The unit as shown takes up around 400w x 370h.

Note. This unit utilises 3 phase power, so will be unsuitable for single phase homes. (most common) If in doubt, contact an electrician.
