Made to the dimensions of the original die.
In 1919 the Commonwealth Government seriously considered replacing the bulky pennies and halfpennies with a smaller and lighter alternative.
Between 1919 and 1921 approximately 13 Patterns had been produced but none made it to circulation and as such the genuine examples are worth between $90,000 to $500,000 or even more.

INTERNATIONAL buyers- AIRMAIL Minimum cost is $5.00 for items upto 50g in a standard letter or small padded letter, $7.00 for items 51g - 125g in padded letter, $9.00 for items 126g - 250g in padded letter, $15.00 for items 251g - 500g in large padded letter, and at cost plus $2.00 for items above 500g.
ALL BUYERS- Registered and Express mail are available upon request if the option is not listed or supplied at Check Out.
INSURANCE is available to most destinations at cost but only if the item/s are sent via registered post.
