Genuine 1978 HZ Holden Monaro GTS Sedan

Built: August 1978 Sydney

Original specs:  L31, M41, GV4

Current specs: HSV 185i, T700, Ford 9 Inch

Vehilce is 90% finished.  Requires finishing of fuel system, ignition, blue plate etc.  Motor turns over.

Completed work: Full brake rebuild with reconditioned calipers and new rorots (DBA cross drilled up front), new bearings, 4 into 1 extractors (difilippo) with 2 1/2 inch exhaust with 3 inch kick down tips (Fat Pipes exhaust), Pedders springs and shocks, boxed suspension, new radiator, Castle Auto Wiring for EFI conversion (all connected and working), custom built drive shaft, widened Monar wheels (265 rear & 235 front), new front tyres with Yokohama 352 on rear 50%, was resprayed about 10 years ago with HX decals. Has an original red spare wheel, jack, tyre iron, jack bag, manuals and HZ GTS brochure.

Original buckskin interior with minor marks, one small tear which could be easily repaired.  1 small scrape on rear quarter, nothing major. 2 bubbles near rear wheel.  Body in perfect condition.  Sills perfect.

Has previously had a 350 motor installed which was blue plated.

From previous experience I have the matching numbers as confrimed by Holden and the Monaro story book confirming monaro however will not hand out unless to people inspecting and buying.
