Honda CB 750

HONDA CB 750 K2.   Started building this bike then decided I wanted a Honda 4 Chopper so this project needs to go.  Instead of rebuilding an existing bike I bought a bare frame from the wreckers and started from scratch so lots of new parts were used. Powder coated frame, swing arm, chain guard,  oil tank, battery box and tool tray. Fuel tank was soda blasted to bare metal, no rust, bog or dents, new fuel cap, ,badges , strips and mounting rubbers, top and bottom triple trees bead blasted and painted, new tapered roller steering bearings, new idiot light panel, globes and wiring, new headlight ears, reflectors, top and bottom rubber mounts, new fork boots with new  chrome securing rings, new  fork tubes ,new  fork seals,  new  fork caps, new progressive fork springs, synthetic  oil, headlight is quartz halogen fitted to repainted shell(new screw kit) . Brake caliper was bead blasted, and painted,  rebuild kit fitted with stainless steel  brake piston, new steel brake line, disk resurfaced, centre bead blasted and painted. Front wheel hub polished and new bearings,  retainer ,  dust seal  and bearing spacer fitted, stainless steel spokes, chromed brass spoke nipples, re-chromed rim , new tyre, tube and rimliner fitted,  . Front guard (rechromed)  is from US version 1977 Honda CB 750 automatic . Rear hub bead blasted, powder coated , New wheel bearings,seal and bearing retainer,stainless steel spokes, chromed brass spoke nipples,  re-chromed  17 inch rim (1977 K7) better  tyre choice and looks better. New 48 tooth rear sprocket, new mounting nuts, new  Mulholand air shocks, new rubber mounts in swing arm, new swing arm sleeve and bronze bushes. New wiring loom, used regulator rectifier, new flasher unit,  , battery lead and fuse box,  ignition switch and horn, all new . New bolts,  washers , spacers and rubber mounts for oil tank, side covers  and battery box, new front and rear brake light switches, new handle bar grips, new left side handlebar switch, new front and rear indicators with new mounts,  earth wires and, rubbers , spacers , bolts and washers ,  new gauge mounts  ,cushion rubbers and screws.  New taillight mount with mounting bolts, washers and rubbers, New seat hinge pins, Stainless steel  seat hinges,Lot of chrome and stainless nuts,  bolts and washers used,  spares (new and used ). Because I was going for the Café racer look I removed rear foot peg mounts, helmet hooks and air box mounts.  If you want to build a Honda 4 this one is for you all the hard stuff is done and it was done right as I was planning on keeping it  forever,  you won’t build one to this stage for the starting price, I have sourced parts from Australia , USA, Japan, UK and Germany, Comes with new genuine tool kit,  new  original decal kit and  new original brochure (printed in 1972) I don’t have a motor for this bike. Bike located in Coffs Harbour-pick up preferred but will assist with freight to your location.There are two plastic  tubs of used parts included.
