Full plans set includes the following sheets:

· A-1 - Floor Plan

· A-2 - Elevations/Sections

· A-3 - Roof Plan

· A-4 - Footings Plan

· A-5 - Structure Plans

· A-6 - Electric Plan

· A-7 - Plumbing Plan

· A-8 - Typical Details

All plans will be shipped on a CD (PDF digital format)  standard size 24” x 36” by USPS Shipping Service. Shipping rates are: $4.99 (USA) y $7.99 (International) each CD.

We also offer the house plans printed in bond paper standard size 24” x 36” at the following additional price:
1 Full Set Printed: $99.99 each, additional copies of the same set will be at $49.99 each.

We also offer the house plans in DWG digital format to be used in AutoCad or any other CAD editor software DWG compatible at an additional price of $199.99 each.

Because of the fact that you will receive digital files, all sales will be final. Returns or Refunds will not be accepted. Shipping rates includes insurance to cover damages or item lost during shipping. If your item is lost or damaged during the shipping process; we will send you the same item with no additional cost.

Our house plans NOT includes site plan and all the documents required by the county and government agencies. The client will be responsible to contact a construction professional (Architect or Engineer) to comply with those requirements. We are not responsible for any aspect related directly or indirectly with the construction of this Houses or Projects. Our plans will be sold as the way they were elaborated; the client will be responsible to contact a construction professional (Architect or Engineer) if they have to or decide to make changes on the houses or projects design and plans.

When the client buy any of our plans the client accept all of the terms described above.

El cliente sera responzable de contactar a un profesional de la construcción (Arquitecto o Ingeniero) para cumplir con los requisitos necesarios.Nuestros planos se venden como estan ya elaborados; el cliente sera responzable de contactar a un profesional de la construcción (Arquitecto o Ingeniero) si tuviera o deseara hacer modificaciones o cambios al diseño y los planos de las casas o proyectos. Nosotros no nos hacemos responzables de ningun aspecto relacionado directa o indirectamente con la construcción de estas casas o proyectos.

Cada set de planos es entregado en un CD en formato digital PDF tamaño 24” x 36” vía servicio postal. Costo por envío es: $4.99 (USA) y $7.99 (Internacional) por cada CD. Debido a que usted recibira archivos digitales, no se aceptaran devoluciones. Si su articulo se pierde debido al servicio postal, se le enviara de nuevo el mismo articulo sin costo adicional.

Tambien ofrecemos los planos impresos en papel Bond tamaño 24" x 36" a un precio de $99.99 el primer set y los sets adicionales del mismo plano a $49.99 cada uno. Tambien tenemos los Planos en formato Digital DWG para usarse en AutoCad a un precio adicional de $199.99 por el set de planos.
