The Burger King franchise in Western Australia is called 'Hungry Jacks'. This is the first set released by Hungry Jacks Australia in 2001, it consists of 5 PVC figurines each approximately 3 inches long:

Stegosaurus, Pteranodon, Elasmosaurus, Triceratops and Melanosaurus.

This is a loose set and all pieces are in very good condition.
