For many years our family has enjoyed the wonderful world of media and all it can bring to your life as a whole. We enjoy family photo nights, surround sound music, movie nights and have always been interested in the new and exciting entertainment that this world brings.
Since 1987, we have had an ever growing interest in bringing quality products to the Australian market. We are not professionals but after finding such enjoyment in what we do, decided to share the knowledge and benefits to other people who, just like us, found this an exciting and interesting part of their world.
After much research and challenges we decided to expand our ever growing system. Early in 2007, we built our first Dedicated Windows Media Center to run as the "whole of house" Media Server. Our Media Center now plays an important role in allowing access to our Recorded TV, Family Photo and Videos.
In early 2008, we added Microsoft XBox 360s as Media Center Extenders to our system to allow us to share the Media Content to various areas of the house. It was when we added the XBox 360s that we found that not all HDMI cables were the same. The sales people tried to tell us that we needed the very expensive to get the best from our setup. This got us curious about the difference in the prices and we found that the cheaper plastic connectors did not seem to offer the same reliabilty of connection to the devices. As a result we started looking for quality HDMI cables and accessories at an affordable price that we can offer to the Australian Home Theatre and Media Center Users just like us.
