I CARRIED MY SKETCHBOOK.

Published in Melbourne by John Sissons. 1984. First edition. A visual diary kept in the form of cartoon sketches by an Australian officer who served in the Middle East against the Germans and New Guinea against the Japanese during WW2.

Aside from a 2cm tear near spine on front cover of jacket, the book is in excellent condition, pages are bright and clean (old pencil price on FFEP) Binding tight and square.

Fascinating pictorial account of one servicemans 5 years ww2 tour of duty and full of typical 'digger' humour.

Postage costs to be met by successful bidder. Handling and post within Australia will be $10 express or $9 regular and sent upon receipt of payment. Direct deposit is the preferred method of payment within Australia.
