This phone is brand new, still in packaging with all components.  I tested the phone...all working. Comes with USB cable, wall charger / australian plug adaptor (or charge thru your computer with USB cable). English user manual. Stylus pen, 2 batteries, 1 G TF card, Headphones. Colour is black but has another white backplate to change if you wish. The phone you see on the photos is the phone you will receive.

 Q: hi there, I was wondering if this phone has two green answer buttons for each sim card that is easy to access. So one does not have to manually swap sim cards to answer calls. Thanks
A: Hi, no its just one answer button. You can specify which of the sim cards you want active or both at the same time also.
