1.1-Year Manufacturer Warranty ( Excluding Contrived damage or misusage).
2. In case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), please report within 3 days and return the package within 7 days after receiving the items. (The date on Post Mark is for standard). After return package in original condition, can choose to have a replacement or refund as long as buyer and seller cancel the order from ebay.
3. If the item was sent back for repair, buyer pays return postage. We will be responsible for resending postage.
4. We do not resend items for replacement which is out of warranty term, especially for those expendable products such as headphone, battery, charger, adapter, data cables, free gift etc.
