Registered Australia post or a courier of our Choice. We will provide a
tracking number after the item is shipped.
In case of International
Shipments we will ship by FedEx or Australia Post
Insurance charge is optional
for domestic shipping, but required for international shipping.
Buyer takes the risk for shipping without insurance. For Lost
items when the buyer has paid for the Insurance, We will refund the
payment 30 days after the shipment for domestic shipments and 60 days for
international shipments for LOST PARCELS.
RETURN POLICY
Return accepted for DOA
items only within 3 Days of receipt of the item by the buyer. Buyer to
immediately notify the Seller for DOA item. We will repair or replace the
item with similar item. Refund will only be made if we can’t carry out
repair or similar item is not available in our inventory. Postage and
Insurance Charges will NOT be refunded.
We don't accept return for
any new items that carry manufacturer's warranty. Please contact
Manufacturer for warranty service.
Please allow at least 10
business days for us to process your warranty return.
In case we do not have
similar item in our inventory, we will authorise a refund. In this case returns
must have all original packaging and accessories and should be returned in
original condition in which the item was received. Postage and Insurance
costs will not be refunded.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
and insurance for both DOA and warranty.
