All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements to customers who change their mind, did not read the description clearly or feel that they did not receive what they expected.

In special circumstances, at our discretion only, where we agree to refund a customer, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

The item must be returned in original packaging for a refund to be processed.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise noted and listed, no additional components or parts are provided. i.e.: modem or floppy disk drive, recovery CD's, drivers CDs, software CD's or manuals. You may be able to obtain these from the manufacturers or through other eBay sellers.

We will not be held responsible for compatibility problems with our products. Please confirm this information with us before placing a bid.

We do our best to accurately describe the item for sale; however unintentional mistakes or errors in the listing can occur sometimes.

As a used product, it may have minor cosmetic imperfections, none of which will interfere with the machine's operation. Imperfections may include minor scratches, insignificant imperfections to paintwork, minor wearing to some keys, or minor faded white spots on the screen. Anything of significance is mentioned in the listing.

Batteries are tested for a period of 5 min on full charge running at full power under windows, if more than 90% remaining it is listed as "Holds Charge", less than 90% it is listed as "Holds little charge" and if it failed to charge it is listed as "Holds no charge".

No GUARANTEE is given to the accuracy of battery conditions.

All Laptops batteries are "Holds Charge" unless otherwise stated

Payment Information

All bids are final. Sale price is GST inclusive. Once the auction closes with a successful bid, buyer agrees to contact within 1 day. Payment must be received within 5 days from the purchase date, no extensions.

Postage and Handling

Postage is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Goods will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

We post within 2 working days of receipt of verifiable payment. Orders are shipped by Australia Post registered and insured within Australia and New Zealand.

The cost of postage and handling is the cost of postage, plus registration and postal insurance (where applicable), carton, bubble wraps, packaging and handling. Our cost could vary more or less but we charge a flat rate regardless of your post code to make it simple and easy. 

Items will be posted to the postal address registered with EBAY at time of sale, please make sure your postal address is up to date.

You will be notified by email after your item was posted.

Insurance is included in P&H

Warranty and Returns

All Items sold come with an initial 30 days warranty on parts and labor return to base.

 The warranty starts 7 days after the sale. This allows 5 days for payment and 2 days postage. We cannot be held responsible for banking or postage delays. It is in the buyer’s interest to pay promptly.

Any problems please contact us within this time.

If you find a fault with the operation of the refurbished unit and you notify us within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty product with an equivalent or better product. You will have to ship it back at your cost.

C.O.D will not be accepted.

It is essential that buyers back up there data before returning there laptops.

If you require this to be done, there will be a service fee charged. 

This replacement product will include the balance of the original product warranty.

Warranty covers all hardware aspects of the machine sold.

Returned items found not faulty will incur a $50 setup/testing fee plus postage.

We will gladly give you technical support to the best of our knowledge but we are not responsible for non compatible software, conflicting drivers or Operating Systems.

Operating Systems, Software, drivers, Licence transfers are the responsibility of the buyers.

Batteries and screens or software are not covered under the extended warranty.

Notebook batteries are sold as is and not covered by any warranties. For all batteries the rule is that they will start to perform less with age, just like your mobile phone battery.

Posting negative comments before resorting to solving any problems will forfeit any warranties.
