This auction is for 1 pc. used IBM X3 Ultrabase Dock & DVD-CDRW Combo for the IBM ThinkPad X30 X31 X32 series laptops that was pulled from a corporate environment.  This item was fully TESTED to be in good working order and cosmetic condition with little or no evidence of previous use except for minor scratches &/or scuff due to normal use, wear and storage.  This item will be individually secured in protective material then shipped for FREE so what a deal.  This item does not include any manuals or software but WindowsXP should recognize and install the necessary drivers automatically once laptop is docked.  The software and drivers are also available in the IBM Download and Support website.

·         We follow a strict testing and reconditioning procedures but despite of this, the item that you’ll receive may not be what you expected or may have issues beyond what was observed.

·         Please consider these information, read the listing description carefully and bid accordingly because there will always be potential for uncertainty for auctioned items.  In any case, we will try to resolve any issue after you receive your item if it is within reason and can be verified.

Payment:

CA Sales Tax

Shipping:

·         Expedite shipping via air is also available but you must contact me first so I can send you a quote and/or revised invoice.

·         Shipping rates in the ad are for the continental USA only. This is the actual cost of postage, packaging materials and/or insurance for up to the posted amount.  In some cases, insurance is offered to the buyer as an option at buyer’s expense. 

·         The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.  Shipping is non-refundable except for DOA. 

·         We do combine shipping if physically possible and applicable.

·         Signature is required on all shipments over $250 if you pay with PayPal.

·         We take pride in making sure that the item is packaged securely so it does not get damaged during transit.  This item and all its contents will be double-boxed  (if applicable) and secured with additional protective materials such as bubble-wraps or green recycled peanuts then tape sealed before shipping.

·         International orders are shipped by air and the shipping cost depends on the destination.

·         International buyers can use the automated shipping calculator just below the eBay listing for an estimated shipping cost.

·         International buyers must provide phone number are required for international shipping.

·         A revised invoice may be sent with the actual international shipping cost before completing payment.

Warranty: 

·         Customer pick-up is “As Is” after testing, acceptance and payment by customer.

·         If shipped, this item comes with a 3-day Non Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) warranty.  After this period, all sales are Final so there are No Returns or Refunds.

A “Return to Seller” authorization and shipping label will be sent the buyer that must be attached to the same packaging before shipping back to the seller.
