We could not test the unit further because of limited time, resources and/or skills. -SOLD AS-IS: Item is sold with no warranty expressed or implied. No returns under any circumstances. Final sale. We could not test the unit because of limited time, resources and/or skills. DOA means “Dead on Arrival”. Any item guaranteed “NO DOA” means it will not be dead on arrival, i.e. it will power up. What you see is what you get:	You will only get what is described in the auction. If an accessory is not described then you will not be getting it. Auction Sales Policy:	Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at our discretion. 7 days is plenty of time to process a PayPal payment. Shipping Details:	The item will be shipped by UPS. Shipping costs are flat rate and are specified in the auction. These costs are not negociable. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment has been received and a tracking number will be sent to you. We do NOT ship to P. O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's. We will NOT use FedEx, USPS, Canada Post or any other carrier we also do not ship using third party accounts. We cannot be held responsible for customs and duty fees charged by UPS or your government. Verify with them before bidding. Please note that we are closed on weekends so items can only be shipped on the next business day. You will pay a surcharge for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Puerto Rico and all other countries that require a surcharge . Please contact us for a shipping quote before bidding.
International Shipping:	We can ship worldwide but there are far too many variables in International shipping to offer a flat rate option. Please contact us with your full address for an exact shipping quote.
Packaging:	We use Sealed Air Instapak foam packaging for shipping most fragile items. When Instapak is not suitable we use other proven packaging methods to ensure your package arrives safe and sound.
Payment Details:	We only accept payments through PayPal. 5% GST applies to Canadian residents. 7.5% PST/QST applies to Quebec residents. A single 13% HST tax applies to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador residents
Returns:	Before requesting a return please contact us. Often we can troubleshoot problems through email. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged in all original packaging. We will also issue a RMA number. Your return will not be processed without this number written on the packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges and any other fees incurred when returning an item. We will ship it back to you at our expense.
Contact:	Please wait for your Ebay Invoice which will be sent within one business day before paying. Click on the payment link and follow instructions. Once payment is received, we will ship your item. Contact us with any questions through Ebay. We do not offer support by phone for our ebay listings. We are not open on weekends so you will be answered on the next business day.
Local Pickup:	Local pickup is accepted and handling fees are $5.00USD per item. You will have to pay the full amount prior to your visit through paypal and when you pickup the item you will be refunded the extra shipping paid. If you do not pickup the item within 7 days it will be sent to you via UPS. You can pickup items Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. Please advise us before showing up so we can prepare the item.
Combined Shipping:	We will combine shipping whenever possible. If combined shipping is not specified in the auction then please contact us for a quote. Do not assume items can be bundled together in the same box. Some items require Instapak foaming to ensure safe shipping so they cannot be combined. If you intend to win a few auctions please note that the 7 days payment rule still applies and that we will hold on to the item(s) for a maximum of 7 days before shipping them.
