AUSTRALIAN BUYERS
Our preferred payment method for Australian and New Zealand buyers is direct credit into our bank account. In Australia we have bank accounts with both the National (NAB) and Commonwealth (CBA) banks. We will email you these bank accounts details generally within a few minutes of you making your Ebay purchase. You can then do an internet transfer into one of these bank accounts or take your funds into a branch and pay your funds in directly over the counter.
Australian buyers can also pay with a cheque (note personal cheques take up to 5 days to clear), bank cheque, postal order etc. which can be mailed to us. We can do COD for Australian buyers but require an upfront deposit of $50. COD also attracts additional Australia Post office fees and thus your shipping costs will be higher than what is listed in this Ebay ad.
NEW ZEALAND BUYERS
We also have a bank account with the ANZ in New Zealand. This means that Kiwi buyers can pay us in New Zealand Dollars (again using your internet banking or by paying in at a branch of the ANZ NZ).
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
For international buyers our preferred means of payment is Paypal. If paypal is ticked as a payment method we will pay the paypal fees. We sometimes require international buyers to fax / send as an attachment an identification document such as radio license or drivers license which matches the shipping / paypal address. This helps us eliminate internet scammers. Acceptance of any paypal payment is strictly at our discretion.
Our preferred shipper is Australia Post. We ship everything registered and insured. We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Regular airmail (insured) is used for our shipments to New Zealand.
Shipping to countries outside of Australasia is generally via Express Courier International (EMS) or via Fed Ex as we prefer to provide online tracking for our international buyers.
We try not to profit from shipping charges - please be aware that the stamp on the box does not include: cost of registration (now $3), cost of insurance, cost of box and packaging material.
