 This one has never been taken out of the original packaging it was sold in. [ I removed it only to see the contents and take pictures ] It is a new Icom VHF Transciever model IC-V8 and includes all the warranty, literature, battery pack, charger, antenna and more. The only problem is that the last owner wrote on the top of the box. I do not know a lot about these items but I do know that they can be quite expensive. Be the first to charge the battery and use this fine electronic transciever. You will not be unhappy with this one. Buyer to pay actual freight and never a handling fee.
