♥Women's Clothing Size Conversions♥

Please remember were posting from Queensland, Australia, allow time for your parcel to get to your State or Country. In the post alone it can take up to 10 working days (Postage within Australia) & a fair bit longer for overseas - sometimes the transport is superfast, sometimes not.

When you receive your purchase, check the date stamp to see that it was posted in the advised time (within three working days - 99.9% of the time we post the same or next day of cleared payment) Please realise that we can not be responsible for how long it takes to get to you via transport. If we posted your parcel in the "advised" time frame, please dont mark me down on postage time. Pls be realistic & fair when buying online, "please allow for delivery time".

OVERSEAS purchases can expect postage to take longer in the post.

Your parcel will be sent via registered post, this cost is included in the postage price. We do not express post as it can not be registered, please dont purchase if you need your item sent via express post.

AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE: Two items is $15, three $18, four $21 and so on

OVERSEAS POSTAGE: One item is $22, two items is $35, three $43 four $53 and so on...

If you win a bid and its your "only" purchase payment is to be made straight away. If you are PURCHASING MORE THEN ONE ITEM, wait for a combined invoice (send me a messages requesting an invoice with all your items listed) and PAY FOR ALL YOUR PURCHASES ON THE ONE INVOICE, ONE PAYMENT.

REGISTERED POST

Because we have had a lot of items lost in the post we registered every single item. It can be tracked and is insured. On request - we can email you a tracking number, and you can see where your item is online. "Please only request the reg post tracking no if postage is over the recommended postage time".

"Please check the address you have listed in eBay, if it is not correct" please update your details prior to payment. Your purchase will be posted to the address you have entered in eBay.

OOPS.. WE DONT HAVE YOUR ITEM

(This is very rare)

At all times we try to be perfect, but sometimes an item will be listed that we can not find or do not have...sorry...(this could be due to a number of reasons.... a supplier has sent the wrong items or we have listed something incorrectly or some other human OR computer error has happened).

If this is the case with your purchase, it is your choice to swap it for something else or receive a full refund. If you swap for something else you will be given free postage, or if a refund is given, we will give you free postage on your next purchase. The free postage deal only happens if you understand that we try our best, and you show your understanding by not leaving neutral or negative feedback.

Eventhough human error can cause mistakes, we still try to make buying from us a positive experience.

THERE MAY BE SLIGHT DIFFERENCES

Please be advised that at times prints can differ slightly in patterned dresses, example: if a dresses has a changing print/pattern through the material, the pattern at the bottom of the dress can be in the middle or top. The dress is made from the same material and the pattern of the dress is the same, it depends on the cut to where the actual part of the pattern is on the dress. Patterns will not always match at the seams. The colours displayed on your computer monitor may differ slightly to the actual item, colours can differ from computer to computer. If this is a major concern, please do not bid. Please see the feedback, I sell great dresses.

Hey Beautifuls, due to stock control, time and to reduce errors, we are unable to swap sizes,(or dresses) the size you bid on will be the size that is posted. Please be very careful before bidding as it costs sellers to list each item.

My eBay sales are purely online, the days are just crazy busy, sorry "no" pick ups.

RETURN POLICY

We do not exchange or refund.

Please choose carefully, as we do "not" exchange or refund. If for some reason you do not want your purchase, we are happy for you to use our image on request so that you can re-sell the item.

We sell at "great prices" and work on turnover, we try to keep everything straight forward and simple to eliminate errors. Returns and exchanges are time consuming and cause stock complications & errors. Again, we do not exchange or refund.

We will not refund or exchange if the item does not fit, the items are tagged with the sizes from the supplier and we check that the sizing is standard sizing. Buying online you can grab some bargins and absolutely beautiful items, but there is a chance the item may not fit or that it may not completely suit you, again if this is the case please use our image/picture and resell.

MESSAGES

All messages we send "should" go to your "my messages" in "eBay" as well as your email address (the one you have listed in eBay, if you are only receiving them to your email address it's due to the way you have set up your communication preferences in the eBay preferences section.

 We receive sssoooo many messages a day, where very busy getting things done and can't be glued to the computer, we try to answer messages as soon as possible, but at times there can be a delay. 

Please only send messages via "my messages"/"contact seller"  when you log onto "EBAY". Messages to my personal email or sent any other way (while making payment in the notes section or in the PayPal notes section) will be "missed".

If we do not respond within 24 hours please resend your message. .....we try to have a life sometimes....., sorry we dont work weekend or public holidays, please wait till the next working day for your response in this instance.  Please be understanding that we deal with a "lot" of messages and transactions daily, if we have forgotten something pls send me a reminder.
