BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

Be sure of your sizes, check all measurements given & should you require further detail please contact me.

Colours stated are taken from Ikea’s own description but I will also clarify & define that colour more clearly where I consider it necessary.

If you require an item from Ikea that is not listed I am happy to buy small items to order just contact me.

I have to add on a small amount to cover the costs of purchasing from Ikea and listing and selling fees, so please be aware that my prices have to be higher than at Ikea.

This service I provide has proved very popular for those who do not have an Ikea nearby & for those who find it too time consuming to go for just a few small items only to find that it was very tempting to pick up unnecessary things on their way around the store! I can save you £’s in the long run!!

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made within 2 days of purchase by paypal, postal order or cheque. Clearance time for chqs is up to 10 days from date of receipt.

Payments by ECHQ take Paypal between 7-14 days to clear. I will advise of clearance date  given by Paypal & ship as soon as I am notified of clearance. No items will be shipped before clearance so please be aware of the time these ECHQS take to clear before you use this method of payment.

If you are slow to pay I will contact you BUT if you do not respond I will report to Ebay.

Ebay policy is now such that sellers must now report non payers 7 days after the date of purchase. I do not like to leave poor feedback but non payers will receive negative in order to warn other sellers.

OVERSEAS BUYERS

Payments to be made via Paypal.

Airmail rates must be applied for BEFORE buying, I will respond quickly to the request .Rates will be given in British pounds I do not convert currency this is done by Paypal and Ebay. Please DO NOT pay the UK postage rate which is the only rate listed this will not cover costs to overseas.

Items over £10 require buyers to have international signed for postage which is an additional £3.50.

SHIPPING

All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, I usually send the next day, I post every day of the week not on Saturday.

I always advise of dispatch through ‘my messages’. Should your item not arrive within the normal UK postage expected time then please call your local sorting office where it is probably being held. Do not contact me before you have done this. Contrary to belief very few parcels actually get lost! I always obtain proof of purchase & should a claim be necessary the post office response time can take 4-6 weeks so patience will be required!

Please kindly remember that I am responsible for DESPATCH but the post office for the DELIVERY time.

POST & PACKAGING

Items are securely packed and protected in either heavy duty waterproof plastic, jiffy bags or boxes, depending on the size & type of items.All items are secured with thick parcel tape & printed ‘to’ & ‘from’ labels.

I am proud to say I try to recycle using cardboard & boxes given to me but the jiffy bags, plastic & paper are new.

Please remember that the postal costs include packaging materials, time to pack & travel to post office etc. I therefore add on a small amount to the basic rate of postage to cover this.

COMBINED POSTAGE

I am happy to combine postage for multiple purchases where possible and give a discount but PLEASE wait for me to combine your invoices BEFORE you pay its no good to moan after the transaction is completed!

FEEDBACK

When you have received your item and are pleased with your purchase please leave positive feedback, I will do the same. Should there be a problem then please contact me first before leaving feedback so I get a chance to sort things out.

IKEA GOODS RETURN POLICY

A full refund of the original purchase price this does not include postage given on damaged or faulty Ikea goods if received back within 7 days. ‘Change of mind’ goods from Ikea must be returned in original unopened packaging in order to get full price refund no postage refund, opened packaging is subject to  deduction of 30% as per Ikea’s standard return conditions. Contact must be made & my agreement received before returns are posted with no exceptions.

This applies to Ikea goods only there are absolutely no returns on cosmetics or clothing.
