We choose to encase our art in glass rather than resin as it is non toxic and preserves the clarity of the image. The silver is quality jewellery grade silver alloy that is wax coated to prolong shine. Your pendant comes on a coloured leather cord with authentication brand label. We have a 5-7 day handling time to accurately process orders and use the best quality packaging materials to ensure damage doesn't occur in transit. Sure this means the charges are a little more expensive, but we have learnt that getting it right once is better for all. So when your package arrives and you see $1.10 postage, remember the box, bubble, tape, packing and postal delivery time and fuel...adds up :) I do combine up to 3 items in one package, please request combined invoice prior to payment. The combined package requires registered post to ensure safe arrival at a cost of $6.80. We recommend this for tracking, as jewellery cannot be insured by Australia Post and will not be replaced by WEAR ART if lost in transit. This is also recommended if you live in multiplex units. The package is of regular size to fit into most post boxes.
