When making a direct deposit please ensure that you include your name or item number in the bank reference. Failure to do so may lead to delays in dispatch of items. Insurance is available for all shipments at an additional cost to the buyer. If you do not insure your mail, it is your risk. Unless insurance is purchased, risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmation by me via email that we have posted the article. Such confirmation is deemed to be conclusive evidence of postage of the article. All comics are shipped with thick cardboard, are bagged and are weather protected. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.  Shipments are usually made on the weekend after payment has been accepted, although occasionally we make a shipping run on a weekday. You will be emailed when your items have been shipped. Items will be shipped to the customer's registered address on ebay. It is the customer's responsibility to keep this address correct and current. We will not be responsible for any losses due to incorrect addresses. Positive feedback will only be left after positive feedback has been left for us. If these postage costs conflict with the postage costs advised on another item, then the higher amount will apply. We have the right to reasonably increase postage costs to take into account of unforeseen costs and increase in third party costs.
