UP FOR AUCTION IS A VERY RARE INDIAN TRAIL BIKE.IT DOES RUN AND I HAVE RIDDEN IT.I THINK IT IS A 70CC BUT I'M NOT 100% SURE.SOMEBODY HAS STARTED TO RESTORE THIS BIKE YEARS AGO BUT I THINK IT WOULD HAVE TO BE DONE AGAIN BUT YOU CAN BE THE JUDGE OF THAT.THE SEAT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL BUT SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE MODIFIED TO FIT.THE RIMS HAVE GOT A LOT OF SURFACE RUST ON THEM AS DO THE FRONT FORK TUBES AND THE REAR SHOCKS.HANDLE BARS ARE NOT ORIGINAL AS IS THE TWIST GRIP.THE FRAME HAS A HOLE IN IT WHERE THE STAND MOUNT HAS BEEN BROKEN OFF IT(SEE PICTURE 3).THE ENGINE RUNS,IT HAS A FLAT SLIDE DELORTO CARBY THAT HAS THE IDLE SCREW MISSING AND THE AIR CLEANER COVER MISSING.IT STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL TYRES ON IT WITH INDIAN PRINTED ON THEM BUT THEY ARE VERY PERISHED(SEE PICTURE 9).I THINK THEY CALL THIS MODEL AN ME-74 AS IT SHOULD HAVE LIGHTS ON IT.I THINK IT WAS BUILT IN 1972 BECAUSE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FRAME NUMBER IT HAS 10-72.WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.HAVE FOUND AN EBAY STORE IN AMERICA THAT CAN SUPPLY PARTS.FIX IT UP AND RIDE IT AS IS OR RESTORE IT.SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY.MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND.LOOK CLOSELY AT THE PHOTO'S.ASK QUESTIONS AND I'LL TRY TO ANSWER THEM.HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS.ALL SALES FINAL.NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.PAYMENT AND CONTACT TO BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF END OF SALE.I WILL GET COURIER PRICES TO SEND THIS BIKE UPON REQUEST.COURIER AND PACKING TO BE PAID BY BUYER.CASH ON PICKUP OR BANK DEPOSIT PREFERRED!)
