Delivery	We ship Daily. Products normally shipped within 24 hours of cleared funds.
Refunds & Returns	A 30-day money back guarantee applies for all new items over $150 of value provided that the buyer has read the instructions and uses the product in accordance with the instructions. Products valued under $150 or used products have a 14-day store credit. Returned product should be sent via registered post and packed in its original packaging. Products should be returned in as close to new condition as possible, allowing for normal wear and tear for the time of use. If the product returned is NOT faulty, a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will apply. Postage costs are NOT refundable. Consumables such as the cost of batteries, citronella spray etc will not be refunded if the product is NOT faulty. Any return postage costs are at the customer's expense. All systems supplied by “Dogmaster Trainers” come with a thirty day money back guarantee from receipt of the system, provided the purchaser has completed the training in accordance with the training manual.  The purchaser has the right to return the system and receive a refund, less the cost of consumables i.e. handling charges, batteries, collars, flags, packaging etc to a maximum value of 15% of the invoice cost.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
