The World Rugby Union Yearbook for 2003-2004 is a 512 page compendium of all results from all the premier test playing nations at international and domestic level with detailed reviews of all major international competitions and records and statistics plus feature articles by leading rugby writers. It's ex-library but apart from a few stamps and a label on the front cover (not on the spine) it's in excellent condition.
