All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements to customers who change their mind, did not read the description clearly or feel that they did not receive what they expected.

In special circumstances, at our discretion only, where we agree to refund a customer, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

The item must be returned in original packaging for a refund to be

processed.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We will not be held responsible for compatibility problems with our products. Please confirm this information with us before placing a bid.

We do our best to accurately describe the item for sale; however unintentional mistakes or errors in the listing can occur sometimes.

Payment Information

All bids are final. Sale price is GST inclusive. Once the auction closes with a successful bid, buyer agrees to contact within 1 day. Payment must be received within 3 days from the purchase date, no extensions.

Important: Please use your eBay user ID or the last 6 numbers of the Item number, as a transaction reference when using internet banking. Payments may take longer to confirm if you do not do this.

Transfer via Internet Banking and Phone banking can take between 1-3 business days to clear and longer on weekends and public holidays.

Payment is through Paypal.

Postage and Handling

Goods will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

We post within 2 working days of receipt of verifiable payment. Orders are shipped by Australia Post registered and insured within Australia and New Zealand.

The cost of postage and handling is the cost of postage, plus registration and postal insurance (where applicable), carton, bubble wraps, packaging and handling. Our cost could vary more or less but we charge a flat rate regardless of your post code to make it simple and easy.

Items will be posted to the postal address registered with EBAY at time of sale, please make sure your postal address is up to date.

You will be notified by email after your item was posted.

Warranty and Returns

All Items sold come with an initial 3 weeks (effectively 30 days) warranty on parts and labor return to base. The warranty starts 7 days after the sale. This allows 5 days for payment and 2 days postage. We cannot be held responsible for banking or postage delays. It is in the buyer’s interest to pay promptly.

Any problems please contact us within this time.

If you find a fault with the operation of the item, notify us within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty product with an equivalent or better product. You will have to ship it back at your cost.

C.O.D will not be accepted.

This replacement product will include the balance of the original product warranty.

Posting negative comments before resorting to solve any problems will forfeit any warranties.

Feedback is always appreciated and we will reciprocate.

Buyers who fail to complete a transaction will receive a negative feedback and a non payment strike.
