My supplier guarantees the charms to me, so I in turn, will guarantee them to you. Each and every charm is stainless steel and is also guaranteed to fit almost every type of Italian charm bracelet on the market. I ship all charm bracelets and watches in a padded bubble envelope and will ship worldwide. Shipping will be based on weight of the package. I do offer combined shipping which will also be based on the the combined weight of all items in the package. Please refer to the shipping calculator to determine your shipping cost. Insurance is available to US bidders only, for an additional $1.70 (covers up to $50). If you would like your purchase quicker, priority mail shipping is another shipping option available to US bidders. I ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED THE INSURANCE.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your charm, or your charm is defective, I will gladly replace it within 14 days of receipt. If you need to return a defective item, please send it back in a padded envelope to avoid any further damage. Once the defective item has been received, your replacement will be sent as soon as possible. THANKS!!!
