All of your fragrances purchases from Heavenly Perfumes are sent via Australia Post's eParcel service in conjunction with our dangerous goods contract; one of the few legal methods for sending fragrances. Please refer to Dangerous Goods Information for more information.

Perfumes are classified as a Class 3 Flammable Liquid under IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Therefore, perfumes can not legally be sent via air transport (including Express Post, registered and international airmail). All perfumes sent in the mail must travel only by road, in conjunction with a Dangerous Goods contract. Sellers who utilise Australia Post services without a Dangerous Goods contract are breaking Australian Federal and State laws, and the buyer risks product confiscation. Beware of paying for registered mail, as your purchases will only be covered by insurance if the seller holds a Dangerous Goods contract and sends those items inline with the conditions of the contract.

Any bid that a buyer has placed on an item is in agreement of these terms and conditions. If for whatever reason you do not agree or have a query on these terms, please contact us before placing a bid or buying an item.

All items when sold are GST inclusive. The GST is separated in the invoice you receive when payment is made.

All buyers must complete the checkout process within 3 days of an item being bought. If you will be making more purchases please advise us.

Heavenly Perfumes is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during transit. Full insurance is included in the postage and handling cost.

We do our utmost to get all the details and specifications of our products as accurate as possible, however errors and discrepancies may occur, though it is not our intention to do so. If you have noticed an error, please contact us with your query before you place your bid or buy an item.

Postage & Handling

Inline with the information concerning Dangerous Goods, Heavenly Perfumes will send your purchases only via legal means. Hence, your purchases will be sent to you utilising Australia Post eParcel in conjunction with our Dangerous Goods contract. eParcel is a secure, online traceable delivery service. A signature will also be obtained from you upon delivery of your purchases.

Postage and packaging cost of first item is $11.50. Each additional item is $6.00. To qualify for discounted postage, items must be purchased within 3 days of initial purchase. Your purchases are securely wrapped and sent in a box, ensuring you receive them in great condition.

Insurance to cover against damage or loss of your purchases is compulsory at a discounted rate of $1.50 per item, and is included in the postage and handling cost.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery from clearance of payment. Items are normally delivered much faster.
