Items ship out Canada Post ground Expedited post. Usually take 15-25 days. Arrangement can be made for quicker delivery but it's more expensive.

No refund on lost items until I get refunded from insurance. It's happened too many times that I give a refund and two days later the items shows up. Then I'm out of luck. Items are not usually lost, but held at US customs.
