This is an Ibanez Concord (Hummingbird design) 12 string guitar, model number 684.12 - produced in japan.
Originally purchased by my father in the mid '70s, it was handed down to me, and i just dont have the time to play it any more, which is a shame as it is an absolutely amazing instrument.
Aside from a couple of very minor scratches on the back, and a couple of very small chips on the top, it is in perfect condition. The strings need to be replaced, but it still has a rich, smooth sound, and has been great to have around. I am sad to see it go, but due to time restraints and financial issues, i must part with it.
All postage will be within 3 working days of receiving payment, and price for postage will depend on where it is shipped to. The guitar comes with original case and strap, so shouldn't be damaged during transport. Postage will be done by courier, and will have to be quoted (as it changes depending on where) - if you would like a quote, i can try and attain one for you. Any questions, please feel free to message me.
Due to the amount of messages ive been sent, i thought i'd clarify a couple of things:
1) The case is the original hard case, complete with green velvet interior. It is in fairly good condition, the locks/hinges are rusted but work perfectly.
2) The scratches on the back are miniscule, and will most likely be able to be buffed out with some polish. If i have some free time, i'll try do this myself. As per the chips, they're small, and im more than happy to send a photo of them.
3) The bridge/fret board/tuners are all in perfect condition, have no wear and tear, and the bridge is NOT lifting at all. It has been very well maintained, and infrequently played.
4) The neck has a very small lift, meaning that the distance between strings and fretboard is a tiny bit higher from frets 7+ as opposed to frets 1-7. It does not inhibit playing, or the sound. This instrument is absolutely amazing.
