This item is an Ibanez PH7 Phaser Effects Pedal. It Is used and sold as it is, it has some scratches and is a bit worn. It has been tested using a 9V Battery for the power supply and It works. I don't have an AC/DC Power Adaptor to test it without using the battery. The manuel is available at http://www.ibanez.co.jp/world/manual/tone-lok/ph7.pdf. I will not post until payment has cleared.
