All you have to do is tighten the wires where you put lead end in.
Give it to your local Music Shop and they should do it for free. :)

I am selling this item because i have no interest in guitar anymore and theres no reason for it to be sitting in my activity room.
I'd prefer it to go to someone who is just starting guitar or experienced players.
