These radios have been tested on a Motorola RF test set and are within manufactures specifications -  sensitive receiver, they both make over 4 watts with the batteries, more by using the 13.8V DC  jack and a regulated PSU or cigarette lighter lead. These radios are sold as is - in good working condition. Only bid on this equipment if you are familiar with RF programming software, programming procedures and techniques.
