Shipping

We ship every working day, and offer a range of delivery options to suit both your schedule and your budget.  Many items have both a standard delivery option (Royal Mail 1st Class) which is delivered within 1-3 working days of purchase, or for a small surcharge we can offer a next day service, via either Royal Mail Special Delivery, or a courier service, depending on the item.

Returns

In line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD), any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged is entitled to a refund minus the cost of the original P&P (exceptions do apply where stated).  All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt of the item from us.  Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense.  Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced following an inspection.
