Offered for purchase is a REPRODUCTION of Ideal's Miss Curity's Medical & Eye Chart. It has been digitally re-mastered by me from "MY ORIGINAL". All stains, lines, creases, pen marks and other aged flaws have been removed to make it look brand new. The chart is 2 sides, it has the medical & fever chart on one side and the eye chart on the other.  The medical card was included with every Ideal Miss Curity doll purchased.
