India QV ½anna blue on white obliquely laid without seal, Ps envelope JAIN TYPE E7 from Delhi to Nawa, cancelled with ‘M.A./ R.S. DELHI/ 3 APR84’ mail agent cds. Also shows at reverse, ‘NAWA/MAR.6’ arrival postmark, along with indistinct ‘DAD…/ MAR.4’ transit postmark. Gum stains and roughly opened at right. Fine. See scan.
