The Change Table Frame is made from Aluminium and the Mat is made from Vinyl.
 
The Change Table has a Waist Strap for Safety & 3 Side Pockets for Storage.
 
This folds up for easy storage and is lockable.
 
It is in excellent condition with some scuff marks & 2 paint chips. There is NO damage to the vinyl
