These Fitness Rollers are and advanced version of the pilates foam rollers. This takes over from the foam rollers, as you can inflate or deflate the Fitness Roller to your desired firmness - and when you have finished using it, just deflate it and pack it away.

Made from extremely strong PVC, the Fitness Roller can help the user develop and increase core stability, balance and conditioning. Ideal for Pilates, Yoga, Physiotherapy, and Core Fitness. The Fitness Roller can also be used in the swimming pool.
