General things you need to know:

All shoe products come with plastic sleeves, there is no instructions and paper/plastic packaging
Please make sure that your address on file for both PayPal and eBay are the same, otherwise shipment might be delayed or shipped to the wrong address.
For all insole for open shoes:
Remember that you could cut them open on the top part for your thongs. The cut will NOT tear bigger than your cut! And also if the insole is longer than your shoe, just trim it.
For clear Gel products:
Just like Scholl product line for women, the clear pads stick firmly onto smooth surfaces. If your insole has a fabric cover (or other non-slippery material), the pad will not stick very well. And also if the shoes get too dirty, the pads might fall off. Tips: Keep surfaces clean, and note that gel products are REUSABLE. Just wash with warm water and soap, air dry and reapply =)
(You can always glue two or three spots on the pads just to make them stay better in place. It might damage your shoe when you remove the pads if you used super glue)
