Instant calm is about crisis control about restoring yyour sense of wellbeing when things go wrong. it has many techniques, something there for anyone!
on first impressions, very impressed on the mention of the various techniques, nice and simple to understand too! great resource, great to read and flip through
enjoyable, makes you feel good to use. This is a great book!
 
Fine Condition: An unread or lightly read book with no obvious defects. Older books may have minor flaws which will be noted.
Very Good Condition: Showing some slight signs of wear and/or minor creases. Stamps, names etc will be noted. Older books may have slight yellowing or foxing.
