I've tried to cover as many questions that ebayers have asked me to help you understand the product. Please don't hesitate 

to ask me anything else you want to know or have concerns about. As I've mentioned below I use one of these in my caravan 

and I had them manufactured so they don't let you down and perform at the optimum level. As far as installation goes I 

installed it myself easily and I'm not usually very good at that type of thing. It comes with my personal guarantee

Q:
do you know what temperature the water is heated to. 
 The controls are gas min/max, water min/max and winter/summer switch. For higher temp turn more gas less water and vice versa. I used mine yesterday morning and it is perfect for a shower even in winter. I've set it up so I have the same temperature every time. Thanks
Q: can It be hooked up directly to a smaller gass bottle,( Like a BBQ Bottle) or do you need a gass fitter to install the gass fittings.
 just installed one on the weekend. I hooked it up to a normal BBQ gas bottle, swap & Go,with a regulator. The hose that connects to it needs to have a 1/2 inch fitting.

Q:
Does this unit require 240V connection to operate?

A:
No thats the beauty of this all gas. Even I installed my unit and thats saying something.

you have answered all the other questions but what are the dimensions of the unit? 

A:
the dimensions are as follows (top to bottom) 44cm, (across) 29cm, (front to back) 12cm. Sorry this wasa the best way to explain it instead of L X W X H scenario. Thanks
