You can easily load the smoker bag with 1 to 2 kg of food product, enough for 6 people.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT STUFF WET, JUICY OR HEAVILY MARINATED FOOD

INTO THE BAG AS IT WILL REDUCE THE SMOKING EFFECT !

These instructions and recipes come with the bag 

It's very important to place the filled smoker bag with the marked side down towards the heat as shown below ! 

Preheat to 240 degrees centigrade 

After 5 mins the bag starts to inflate

With these 2 little demonstration pieces of salmon the cooking time is only 10 mins.

Don't worry the bag will not explode as the folded sides will slightly open to release the cooking steam. 

IMPORTANT:

When cooking time is over, let the bag sit for about 8 -10 mins to improve flavour and let the product cool down a bit before opening the foil. Slit the foil with a knife on 3 sides as shown below and roll it up.
