Instructions to build a Custom LEGO® Star Wars X-wing, in the exact same scale as a minifig. It is not an official set, but has been designed and created by us. This is not an official LEGO® model. This is our own artwork designed instructions. This listing does not come with any LEGO®! There are no lego pieces in this listing! This listing is only for the building instructions in high definition 3 dimensional images! The instructions will be sent to you on a CD. You can purchase additional instructions of our other models if you would like and it will not change the postage costs. We will simply send you all the files for each model you purchase on the one CD. You can build the model in any colours you wish. If you require lego pieces that you may not have to build this, we can happily sell you the pieces you need provided we have stock of these remaining in our inventory. The CD will also come with a file showing you all the pieces you require, their colour, their individual names and part numbers. Alternatively, if you wish to purchase lego bricks for this set we can also direct you to where you can purchase large quantities of lego bricks. This listing is magnificent, it looks absolutely fantastic!! You will fall in love with these instructions! We love this creation, its in perfect scale size to a minifig, and better than any X-Wing we have ever seen, especially in comparison to a mini fig. It even has far better detailing than any we've ever seen, and the colour scheme is second to none. We even customized a new R2 unit just for riding in the x-wing, as the actual one appears too big at the shoulder joints and doesn't contrast when compared to the size of a LEGO® minifig. The sloping and hinged joints strategically used, allow for a beautiful tapering effect in this rendition. You cannot have the ultimate collection without Luke's X-Wing, quite possibly the most iconic space ship ever made. The wings open and close!! They are very easy to use, and looks fantastic when you build a few of these to create your own squadron of X-wings. HOW CUTE IS THIS: We even created an adorable 'targeting computer' that comes out across to Lukes helmet and which Luke uses to target the torpedos into the death star, until Ben Kenobi convinces him to put it away and use the force.. This set is so detailed it's a full scale mini-fig replica of the X-Wing. You can even see the S-Foils (laser cannons) replicated identical to the movie, housed at the end of each wing. We also created landing gear that easily is attached or detached for flight or landing, depending on which look you want. As you can see, not a fraction was spared in building this set exactly scale to the movie model. We wanted something that reflected the exact feel from the movies. The wings are identical both top and bottom, so that the awesome detailing is evident all throughout this model. It has intricate detailing of the tapering nose, all the way through to the engine detailing which appears on the top between the 2 shaft engines. It even comes with landing gear that you can either have on or off to simulate landing or flying, depending on they way you want it to appear.
