This is a great little CPU! Like with my other auctions, I'm only selling this as I have to sell my gaming PC and figured I'd make more money by selling the components individually than as a built system (well, at least I'm honest!). As you've probably read (that is, if you've researched the e8400), this is an awesome little processor in both stock performance and overclocking capability alike. You can even clock this thing to 3.6GHz without any voltage increase! I think the OC record for the e8400 was around 5.5GHz, but they used liquid nitrogen (so don't get your hopes up!). I personally just ran it at 3.0GHz as I tried 3.6GHz for about a week but realised I didn't need the extra 600MHz to game my brains out! The CPU will come with the original fan and will be very carefully packaged in bubble wrap so you get it safely. The full specs are below.
